Lab Account Owner Responsibilities
Lab Account owners are financially responsible for orders placed by authorized users of their account. All quotes, invoices and receipts for orders placed through the Lab Account will be copied to the Lab Account owner's email, and all shipments will be addressed to the Lab Account owner.
Lab Account owners are also responsible for Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) compliance.
To create a Lab Account:
- Create a UserID and password. Be sure to read and follow the directions. You will receive a confirmation email upon completing this step. You must complete step 2 (below) within 72 hours of receiving the confirmation email.
- Go to the URL given in the confirmation email and log in with your UserID and password.
- Carefully follow prompts to complete main Lab Account setup.
