Not-for-profit SLA for Harvard Mosquito Cell Line Collection

The following procedure must be completed before we can ship any mosquito cell lines to you. These lines can only be shipped to not-for-profit institutions. The SLA form must be signed by the Principal Investigator (PI) of your lab as responsibility of compliance rests with your Lab PI. We may only ship these cell lines to labs that have completed the MTA process.
