Dec 7, 2004: A DGRC user has reported after sequencing that the UASt promoter region has only two copies of the 17-mer UAS sequence rather than the 5 copies present in the sequence downloaded from http://www.ciwemb.edu/labs/murphy/Gateway%20vectors.html.
