This line was made by cotransformation with 3 plasmids: a hygromycin-resistance plasmid, a plasmid from which a sqh coding sequence with a C-terminal GFP tag is expressed from a sqh promoter, and a plasmid from which an actin5C coding sequence with an amino-terminal mCherry tag is expressed from a metallothionein promoter. Treat with Cu++ to induce the metallothionein promoter.
